• As a member of NVA, and under the KAB umbrella, all Acupuncture treatments with me can be claimed to your Dutch healthcare insurance if you are covered for alternative health.

• You’ll receive an invoice after each treatment to claim a refund with your insurance company.

• All treatments are confidential, meaning that all information from the intake form and our discussions will be kept private.

• To change your appointment, please contact me. An appointment can only be cancelled via email, WhatsApp or SMS. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged €30 for the reserved time. Please note that insurance companies do not reimburse the costs of appointments that are not cancelled on time.
